Experts on board

Josef hofbauer an economics branch is to complete the educational landscape at the grammar schools in the district of forchheim. Ingrid kafferlein, head of the herder grammar school in forchheim, came up with the idea in the middle of last year. As a result, all of the district’s high school principals expressed interest in this educational option. Only 650 students left

The result: parents often decide in favor of the school that is most conveniently accessible by transportation. In many cases, the decision to pursue a school career is not made on the basis of aptitude, but rather according to pragmatic considerations. Additions from erlangen?

Principal ingrid kafferlein of herder-gymnasium is pleased that the members of the cultural committee have voted in favor of her school as a location for a branch of business studies. Last but not least, ingrid kafferlein hopes that the introduction of this branch of the school will also attract children from the neighboring district of erlangen-hochstadt to the herder-gymnasium, because neither erlangen nor the district has a grammar school with an economics branch. However, there is said to be at least one application from erlangen for the introduction of such a branch.

District administrator hermann ulm (CSU) was pleased about the clear vote. The clear majority shows that the district supports this school branch in the long term. This could positively influence the decision of the ministry of education, ulm hopes. The county levy is falling

According to the district administrator, the municipalities are also to benefit from these increases. He proposed lowering the county levy rate, which had recently risen in each case, by 0.8 percentage points to 46.2 percent. This means that the municipalities and cities, all of which have to make do with their own resources, will have to pay a total of 136,000 euros less than in the previous year. No question, most children love the circus. For many children, it may even be a dream to stand in the ring as an artist themselves one day. But it takes a lot of courage to walk over a pile of broken glass without batting an eyelid. Or even to perform acrobatic lifting maneuvers.
For the elementary school students of kirchehrenbach this dream came true. They were allowed to perform as fakirs, acrobats, sword artists, clowns and wild beasts. The piccadelli children’s circus from bamberg was a guest at the elementary and middle school.
"It made me feel really good", says little paula (8), who successfully tried her hand at acrobatics. For all boys and girls it was an exciting experience. And a welcome change from the daily school routine. The first to fourth graders dived into the colorful world of the circus with the circus directors heidrun muller-gunzelmann and irmi krawielitzki. On a total of four school mornings (one class practiced on each morning), the students and the trainers put together a complete circus program. Instead of math and german, there was suddenly plate spinning and balancing on the schedule. This demanded commitment and concentration from all, in order to enter the numbers in such a short time. Whereby the spab was always in the foreground. The project was made possible by the school’s forderverein, led by chairwoman birgit gebhardt. "It is important to show the students that school can also be fun", she describes the background idea of the project. It was not difficult for the children to put themselves into the daily circus routine and to formally outgrow themselves in the process. Lovely costumes and a true-to-style backdrop contributed to the circus atmosphere. The gymnasium was transformed into a circus tent and bathed in spotlights. The final show also went off without a hitch and delighted parents, grandparents, siblings, relatives, friends and teachers of the children.
Mayor anja gebhardt also came as an honorary guest. The one or other spectator escaped with the individual numbers of the oftentimes an astonished "ah" and "oh". The coaches were visibly pleased. "It doesn’t get any better than this, krawielitzki praised the eager young artists after the performance.
The circus director did not want to tell curious people how to get over the broken pieces barefoot and unharmed and how to lie unharmed on a nail board. "That remains a circus secret", winked at them. The kirchehrenbach elementary school students know it naturally.

As rector, he emphasized how beneficial the canteen was for the schools in eltmann – despite the high investment costs. After all, starting in the new school year, there will be nine all-day classes at the elementary and middle schools, and the secondary school will begin to offer all-day classes. The relaxed atmosphere in the cafeteria also contributes to a much better climate in the schools.

Not even all compulsory tasks were included in the 2013 budget, noted wolfgang bruhl on behalf of the SPD faction he also called for correct and timely accounting, including with the municipalities involved in the mensa. He criticized that this was precisely where the state was unloading tasks onto the municipalities, which then had to see how they could manage them.

Peter kremer for upl took a differentiated view of new debt. Of course it was a certain jolt after many years of repayment, but the trade tax back payments did not come every year, and a rough part of the expenditure was also invested in the future. The new children’s, youth and cultural center (KJK center) in oberhaid is increasingly being filled with life. Although the official opening will not take place until 6. September with an open day and a blessing ceremony. The bookstore, however, has already made its move – and this in an unusual way.
Until now, oberhaid has had a community library st. Bartholomaus, where oberhaider children, teenagers and adults could stock up on 50 square meters of reading material. But now a quantum leap has taken place, with more than 10,000 books, magazines and modern media now lined up on 200 square meters in the new oberhaid bookstore.
"With us now education and inclusion is written more than ever roughly", oberhaider mayor carsten joneitis (SPD) was pleased about the move to the new reading temple, which offers new reading dimensions with horschleifen, i.E. Inge and eugen knaub (left) from the prichsenstadt district of laub celebrated on 28. August golden wedding anniversary. Eugen was born on 15. April 1942 in reupelsdorf and also went to school here. He then started an apprenticeship as an agricultural machinery mechanic at baywa in wiesentheid, germany. He worked there for almost 49 years until his retirement in 2005, interrupted only by his military service in ebern in 1963/64.

The jubilarian was active in the laub volunteer fire department for 40 years, including as commander. He was a member of the soldiers and warriors association until its dissolution and was vice chairman for many years. He has been a member of the laub football club since his wedding and was a member of the club committee for many years.

His hobbies are two vintage tractors. These he cherishes and cares for, as both are still in use. The jubilarian also finds joy in his carp pond. Every day he informs himself in the daily newspaper about near and far events.

Inge knaub was born on 18. Born in laub on january 1943, went to school here and learned the profession of office clerk, also at baywa in wiesentheid. After that, she was employed in the same company for 46 years until her retirement in 2006, interrupted only by her time spent raising children. Three major purchases were made. New rain- and weatherproof parkas and a new beamer were purchased. The third acquisition was a new backdoor. The competition team of the martial arts school rogner in ebern traveled to the world about 380 kilometers away to participate in the austrian state championship of the martial arts associations NMAC/WMAC. Seven nations were represented at the tournament.

After a forced break of almost a year due to the current corona pandemic, the fighters of the martial arts school stood on the mat again for the first time. All rogner students could enjoy a place on the austrian podium. The wait was worth it especially for emma einwag from ebern. She brought home the austrian state championship title in light contact in the weight class up to 65 kilograms. Nicole lausmann from coburg lost in the final to a strong austrian, but won the runner-up title in light contact in the 55 kilogram category. For michael preller it was a comeback after a four-year break from competition, which was rewarded with two runner-up titles, in light contact over 90 kilograms and in kick-light over 90 kilograms.

Lorenz diez celebrated another comeback. He also secured himself a place on the podium. In the light contact up to 90 kilograms he could be pleased about the third place. Coach harald rogner was very pleased with the results from austria. Now the fights are analyzed and training continues for the upcoming tournaments.
